Service Discontinuation

Dear Customer,

We are writing to let you know that Personify and all Personify applications, including ChromaCam, will be discontinued effective September 30, 2026.

After September 30, 2026, these products and services will no longer be supported or maintained.

We recognize that some customers may still be using Personify products today, and we want to provide advance notice so you have sufficient time to transition to alternative solutions.

If you have any questions regarding your current use of Personify or the transition, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
